Hi, I’m Holly—founder of Sprig & Spade and someone who’s spent over a decade in horticulture, from hands-on spraying to assistant grower at a headline nursery. Over time, I realized that the deeper I got into conventional practices, the farther I drifted from what first drew me to growing: conservation, flavor, and care. So I stepped away from the big-time job and returned to school to pursue a BA in sustainable horticulture. Now, I’m channeling that experience into growing vibrant, nutrient-packed microgreens with a focus on better farming practices and community health. I’m excited you’re here—whether you’re curious, committed, or just hungry for something fresh. Let’s grow something good together.

Every Friday, Sprig & Spade offers freshly harvested microgreens for local pickup or delivery—just pre-order and let the flavor come to you.
